SPS - Smart Production Solutions 2019

At SPS 2019 Lucas-Nülle presents the "4-Axis Space Portal" for the first time. The system extends the product range of automation technology and enables the integration of flexibly controllable production lines into industrial 4.0 training.

About the 4-Axis Space-Portal

Trainers at technical institutes can either use the portal individually or connect it to Lucas-Nuelle's conveyor belts and ERP lab. In single use, users learn the basics of linear axis configuration and programming. The connection to the IMS conveyor belts enables learners to link up to four transport systems via the four-axis system. The combined use of a Siemens controller and a touch panel also allows them to visualize the control and programming of the portal in a practical way. The system thus enables teachers, instructors and trainers to depict a large number of practical applications in their lessons.

The portal is a module of Lernfabrik 4.0 of Lucas-Nülle GmbH. From 26 to 28 November, our team will be happy to explain the didactic concept of this system to you at the Nuremberg Messe, Stand 540 in Hall 3.
