Regional Sales Director for Russia - Central Asia - Southern Caucasus. (m/f)

LN is based in Kerpen, Germany and is a leading provider of high-tech training systems for all technical careers. The demand for well qualified and skilled workforce is growing. In order to take the next step with our customers in Russian speaking markets, experienced (m/f) technicians or engineers with electro-technical background are needed. Including track record in Sales. Perfect language skills in Russian/English or Russian/German are a must.

You could be the right candidate for us, if you are interested in the global marketing and sales of high-tech training and educational systems. Your contact persons are situated in direct sales, e.g. the Heads of Vocational Schools, Deans of Universities, Military Academies, Heads of Industrial Training Centres and high-ranking members of Education Ministries in the specific countries in question and include international consultants. In addition to this, you will also face the traditional challenges of trying to expand and develop our professional dealer outlets and sales networks.

As a sales-loving technical driven person with considerable experience in the investment goods sector and with a high affinity for above countries, you will receive initial, careful training for this assignment at our HQ in Kerpen. The job requires the willingness to travel "the world", with a spirit of a "hunter"....

Your job as an all-rounder will entail both technical as well as commercial competence: professional management of dealers, product presentations and servicing end customers, trade fair shows, project planning, calculating and tendering offers, including the technical end-of-order processing, up to and including customer instruction in the use of our training systems. Furthermore, you should be in a position to communicate effectively and diplomatically with high-ranking decision-makers and budget holders. Experience in the area of professional training systems is an advantage. At a second step, you will foster the local back-office with the support from Kerpen and develop the Sales organisation further in the next 3 years.
